This helped drive out the Iraqi soldiers from Kuwait with minimal casualities. Most of the ground and the air battle was limited to Kuwait, Iraq and the Saudi Arabian border areas. Iraq targetted Israel and Saudi Arabia and hurled missles at them.
Miscellaneous
As the negotiations between the Kuwait and Iraq halted in the month of July 1990, massive troop buildup was arranged by Iraq on the borders of Kuwait.
